APC Publishes Provisional Voters Register Ahead of District Elections, Urges 48-Hour Verification
FREETOWN — The National Secretariat of the All People’s Congress (APC) has officially published the Provisional Voters Register for the party’s upcoming District Elections, signaling the start of a critical phase in the party’s internal democratic process.
In a public notice issued on 7th September 2026, the Secretariat informed party members, qualified delegates, aspirants, and other stakeholders that the register is now available for review.
To ensure maximum access, the register has been uploaded to the party’s official website and distributed to all regional and district offices nationwide. In addition, physical copies will be displayed at designated locations within each district to allow members without internet access to verify their details.
The Secretariat is calling on all qualified delegates, aspirants, and interested stakeholders to carefully examine the register within the next 48 hours. Party officials say this window is crucial for cleaning the list before final balloting.
Any omissions, errors, duplications, incorrect information, or other discrepancies must be reported immediately to the National Secretariat for correction.
“This is about transparency and credibility,” a senior Secretariat official said. “We want every eligible delegate to be accounted for and for the district elections to reflect the true will of the membership.”
With district structures set to be renewed across the country, the APC says a clean and verified register will be the foundation for free, fair, and peaceful internal elections.
