ROKEL COMMERCIAL BANK COMPLETES MIGRATION: ALL FORMER UTB ACCOUNTS NOW LIVE ON RCB SYSTEM

Rokel Commercial Bank (RCB) has announced important updates for former Union Trust Bank (UTB) customers who have been successfully onboarded onto the RCB banking system following the integration of the two institutions.

In a press release issued on Monday, August 31, RCB Management confirmed that the full migration process is now complete. As part of the integration, all former UTB account numbers have been migrated to new RCB account numbers. This move is designed to unify operations, strengthen service delivery, and give customers access to RCB’s wider branch network, digital banking platforms, and financial products.

RCB is urging all affected customers to take immediate action to update their records. Customers are advised to visit their nearest RCB branch or contact the bank’s Customer Care Centre to obtain their new account details.

Management assured that funds remain safe and that customer deposits, balances, and transaction histories have been securely transferred. The bank also encouraged customers to update their account information with employers, businesses, and other institutions where their old UTB account numbers were used to avoid any disruption in payments.

RCB reaffirmed its commitment to providing reliable, accessible, and customer-focused banking as Sierra Leone’s indigenous bank continues to grow.
